Fulfillment Lead Needed!
A growing manufacturing and distribution company in the textile industry is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Lead to oversee daily operations and support team performance in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for candidates with strong warehouse, manufacturing, or production supervision experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily fulfillment, production, and warehouse operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members to meet productivity goals
- Ensure workflow efficiency, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Coordinate scheduling, task assignments, and performance tracking
- Assist with inventory flow, shipping/receiving, and order accuracy
- Act as a point of contact between staff and management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of recent leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Background in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or logistics preferred
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Comfortable with early morning shifts and operational oversight
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Grand Prairie starting in June
