Warehouse / Inventory Control Manager – 1st Shift

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an experienced Warehouse / Inventory Control Manager for a growing company in South Fort Worth. We are seeking a detail-oriented leader with strong warehouse operations and inventory management experience who can help improve efficiency, maintain accurate inventory records, and oversee daily warehouse activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storing, packing, and material handling
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy
- Develop and implement warehouse and inventory control procedures
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate inventory tracking and reporting using warehouse management systems
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
- Assist with administrative reporting and inventory documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Warehouse Management and Inventory Control
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with warehouse management software
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Work Environment:
This position works in a busy warehouse setting and may include physical activity such as lifting, moving stock, cycle counting, and multitasking between warehouse operations and administrative duties.
