osition: Bulk Pickup Laborer (Sanitation Crew)
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our sanitation team for bulk trash pickup. This position involves assisting with the collection, loading, and disposal of large waste items such as furniture, appliances, and other bulk materials. You’ll work alongside a driver on designated routes, ensuring timely and safe removal of bulk waste from residential and commercial areas.
Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading bulk waste onto sanitation trucks

Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient pickup

Ensure all safety and sanitation procedures are followed

Maintain communication with driver and supervisor regarding route progress or issues

Keep equipment and vehicles clean and in good working order
Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions

Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Previous experience in sanitation, construction, or general labor preferred but not required

Valid driver’s license a plus
Schedule:
early morning shifts (hours may vary) 5:30 am
