Responsibilities

Assist welders with structural welding projects

Prep materials, tools, and work areas

Grind, clean, and move steel components

Follow safety procedures and job-site guidelines

Support fabrication and general shop duties

Travel to job sites as needed (not frequent)
Qualifications

Willingness to learn and take direction

Basic hand tool knowledge preferred (not required)

Ability to lift, stand, and work in an industrial environment

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Open to occasional travel
