Job Title: Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Job Summary
The Stand-Up Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a stand-up (reach/ride) forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role supports warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory movement and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities

Operate stand-up forklift (reach, dock stocker, or order picker) efficiently and safely

Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and storage areas

Move products to designated warehouse locations

Stack and organize pallets in high-reach racking systems

Perform inventory checks and verify product counts

Assist with order picking and staging shipments

Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues

Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse protocols

Keep work area clean and organized
Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ year of stand-up forklift experience required
-
Forklift certification preferred (can be provided if needed)

Ability to lift 25–50 lbs

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic math and reading comprehension skills

Ability to work independently and with a team

Must follow safety rules like it's your love language
