A company in Waxahachie, TX is looking for a Subcontract Coordinator

 

 

Description:

• The service billing coordinator position is accountable for billing service work orders  and customer specific guidelines.

 

Hours & Pay:

HOURS: Full-Time hours - 8 am- 4:30 pm, M-F

PAY: $19-22/hr.

 

 

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Process service cases / sales orders for invoicing and customer specific guidelines while striving to bill at target margin.
  • Process invoices from subcontractor in preparation of receiving in NetSuite
  • Manage assigned billing territories / accounts to ensure timely and accurate month end closing of service billing.
  • Assist Billing Manager in researching and resolving customer questions regarding billing.
