Meet Rachel and Matt Tibbetts. Matt has been with Express since 2014, working in the Tyler, Texas franchise before relocating to Oklahoma City, OK, to work at Express Headquarters for 2.5 years as a Director of Training. Rachel has an extensive background in Banking, HR, and Real Estate and is excited to join Matt at Express. Together, Matt and Rachel are very excited to serve Ellis County and the South Dallas area by helping companies grow and bringing hope through employment.

Joseph Roach

My name is Joseph Roach. I graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. I am a sports fanatic as well as a loving father and husband of a family of three. I believe that I am where I am for a purpose; which is to impact every life that I encounter for the better.   I strive to do just that in the way I treat each person by reminding myself daily that we may not know what someone is going through, but we can control how we make them feel. My goal is to be an undimmable light that provides hope for each of our associates.

Doris joined the Waxahachie Express Team in 2021. Her extensive experience in financial and customer service atmospheres serves her well in her role as Employment Specialist. Doris exhibits great attention to detail and demonstrates great communication skills as she serves both associates and clients. We are excited that Doris is part of the Waxahachie Team.

Noel Isaacs

Front Office Coordinator

Noel Isaacs serves as the Junior Front Office Coordinator at Express Employment Professionals in Waxahachie, where she plays a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for both clients and job seekers. With a strong background in administrative support, human resources, and customer service, Noel brings a detail-oriented and people-centered approach to every interaction.

In her role, Noel manages front office operations, assists with candidate intake and onboarding processes, and supports the team in connecting individuals with meaningful employment opportunities. She is passionate about helping others feel seen, supported, and confident as they take steps toward their career goals.

Noel is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which further strengthens her communication skills, empathy, and ability to build genuine relationships. Her long-term goal is to empower individuals both professionally and personally by combining her experience in workforce development with her counseling background.

Outside of work, Noel enjoys staying active, reading, engaging in her community, and volunteering in her church.
