Our Waxahachie office is hiring a Business Development / Outside Sales Representative with a true Sales Hunter mentality. This role is for someone who can self-generate opportunities, loves prospecting, and wants to win in one of the fastest-growing markets in North Texas.
We serve Ellis & Southern Dallas Counties, where new businesses are opening every day. We’re already the leading staffing firm in the area, with significant market share still to gain.
This is a fully onsite role. Local candidates only.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively prospect and self-generate new business
- Build and manage a pipeline of local businesses
- Set appointments and meet with key decision-makers
- Deliver consultative, value-driven sales conversations
- Convert prospects into long-term client partnerships
- Collaborate with recruiting and service teams to deliver results
- Represent our office with professionalism, integrity, and positivity
Sales Activity Expectations
- 📞 100–120 outbound calls per week
- 💬 60–70 decision-maker conversations per week
- 🤝 8–10 in-person or virtual appointments per week
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience
- Hunter mindset — you create opportunities, you don’t wait for them
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, driven, and accountable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
