Job Title: Maintenance Planner
Pay Rate: $18.00–$23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Must be available for overtime as needed
Location: Waxahachie, TX
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to support daily maintenance operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels of spare parts and consumables, coordinating preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring proper documentation of maintenance-related work.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in maintenance planning or inventory control and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts and consumables
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) as required
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, permits, and maintenance documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance-related work
- Assist with scheduling maintenance activities and tracking completion
- Monitor supply usage and reorder materials as needed
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
- Support general maintenance operations as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance, planning, or inventory control in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and documentation
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
