Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable Plant Operators to support daily operations within a manufacturing or production facility. This role is responsible for operating equipment, monitoring production processes, and assisting with material handling to ensure efficient and safe plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate plant machinery and equipment according to established procedures

Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met

Load and unload raw materials and finished products

Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues

Maintain accurate production records as needed

Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Keep work areas clean and organized

Assist with general plant operations as assigned
Requirements:

Previous plant or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to stand, bend, and walk for an 8-hour shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Must be able to work overtime as needed
