Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Worker
Pay Rate: Up to $31.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Overtime as needed
Location: Hutchins, TX
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and landscaping

Maintain parks, medians, rights-of-way, and public facilities for safety and appearance

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
-
Assist with irrigation and minor repairs as needed
-
Complete tasks efficiently and according to city standards

Promptly report hazards, equipment issues, and safety concerns

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Follow all safety policies and procedures
Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License required

Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping, or manual labor experience required

Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Familiarity with basic landscaping and grounds care practices

Ability to stand, bend, and walk for an 8-hour shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Must be able to work overtime as needed
