Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Overtime as needed
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Mechanic to support equipment maintenance and repair in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify equipment malfunctions

Repair or replace defective parts as needed

Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) to ensure equipment reliability

Inspect machinery and equipment for proper operation

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Assist with installation of new equipment as needed

Keep work areas clean and organized

Support general maintenance tasks as assigned
Requirements:

Previous maintenance mechanic experience preferred

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment

Ability to use hand and power tools
-
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for an 8-hour shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Must be able to work overtime as needed
