Job Title: HVAC Technician
Pay Rate: Up to $30.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Overtime as needed
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a residential, commercial, or industrial environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components

Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions

Perform routine preventive maintenance (PMs)

Inspect HVAC units to ensure proper operation

Repair or replace defective parts and components

Test systems after installation or repair

Maintain accurate service and maintenance records

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding system issues

Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements:

Previous HVAC Technician experience required

EPA Certification preferred
-
Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals or blueprints
-
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for an 8-hour shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Valid Driver’s License preferred

Must be able to work overtime as needed
