Job Full Description
This position is to ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their objectives and maintain inventory levels. Devise procedures to optimize inventory control.
o Maintain the inventory (ERP/MRP) system to make sure it contains accurate information.
o work closely with manager, when inventory errors exist, when new procedures are put in place and/or offer refresher as part of a planned improvement action.
o Interrogate the inventory data continuously to highlight any anomalies.
o Assist in determining root causes for these anomalies and coming up with solutions.
o Audit inventory system to ensure accuracy.
