Job Full Description
We are hiring a Technician Support representative for a company in DeSoto, TX. This role provides phone-based support for energy management systems.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
What You'll Do:
- Provide phone support for energy management systems
- Assist electricians with troubleshooting energy management systems by phone
- Learn the systems used at the job location
What We're Looking For:
- Good phone support skills
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable using a telephone and computer
- Willing to learn new systems
- Comfortable sitting for long periods of time
Dress Code: Casual - jeans and a button-up shirt
Pay: $20-22/hour
