Job Full Description
Join a growing truck equipment manufacturing team in Red Oak, TX installing service bodies, platforms, hoists, and hydraulic systems on commercial trucks. Willing to train the right candidate with a background in carpentry, electrical, basic welding, or plumbing.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
What You'll Do:
- Install service bodies, bed liners, platforms, dumps, van packages, and hoists
- Work with hydraulics, 12V electrical systems, and electrical components/circuits
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
- Follow work instructions, gather materials, build equipment, and test performance before final product audit
What We're Looking For:
- Valid driver's license required
- Background in carpentry, electrical, basic welding, or plumbing a plus - willing to train
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
- Able to provide own basic hand tools (socket set, screwdriver)
- Ability to lift/move up to 50-75 lbs and stand, bend, twist, and stoop up to 8 hours or more per shift
- GED or HS Diploma required
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
Preferred: Experience with automotive electrical/hydraulic systems, assembly environment, truck equipment industry, MIG/TIG welding, or metal fabrication
Pay: $20/hr
