What You’ll Do
- Interview and screen job applicants
- Match candidates with open positions and coordinate interviews
- Post and manage job listings on online platforms and social media
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Collaborate with your team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Support internal processes like onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups
What You Bring
- High energy and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change
- Professionalism in person, over the phone, and via email
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and basic social media platforms
- High school diploma or GED required
Sales, staffing, or recruiting experience is a plus—but not required. We offer paid training for the right candidate.
