Job Full Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Associate
Location: Lindon, UT
What You’ll Do

Be the friendly face (and voice) of our company, helping customers in-store, over the phone, and by email.

Actively recommend and sell our products, services, and add-ons that make customers’ lives easier.

Enter orders into our system, schedule deliveries, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Jump in on customer workshops—help coordinate, participate, and show off what we do best.

Handle and resolve straightforward customer concerns with professionalism and positivity.

Keep our store looking its best by assisting with stocking, signage, and inventory control.

Pitch in where needed: from using hand tools or forklifts to lending a hand with loading materials.
What You Bring

Experience: At least 6 months of sales or customer service experience (or a combination of education and hustle).

Skills: Strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a basic knowledge of sales techniques.

Knowledge: Familiarity with our products and competitors’ offerings—or the eagerness to learn quickly.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
The Physical Side
This role keeps you moving—standing or walking most of the day, lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently (and occasionally up to 80 lbs.), plus stooping, kneeling, and helping customers load materials.
