Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (Contract to Permanent)

What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator on our 3rd Shift (Midnight Crew!), you’ll be an essential part of our production process. You’ll work in our injection molding department, ensuring that parts are safely and efficiently pulled from the conveyor and meet our high-quality standards.
No previous experience? No problem! We provide full, hands-on training to get you up to speed on machine operations, safety procedures, and how to start and stop equipment with confidence.
Your Day-to-Day

Pull molded parts from the conveyor and inspect them for quality.

Operate and monitor equipment to ensure smooth, safe production.

Keep your work area clean, organized, and running efficiently.

Follow safety guidelines — we’ll train you on everything you need to know!
