Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview
The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through knowledgeable product recommendations, accurate order processing, and proactive service. This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish and the ability to build strong relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions

Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional items as needed

Answer phones, enter sales orders, and assist walk-in customers

Accept payments and apply them accurately to customer accounts
-
Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse team
-
Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and complete

Monitor inventory levels and reorder products to maintain adequate stock

Address and resolve service concerns promptly and professionally

Support the sales team and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Qualifications
-
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

1–2 years of experience in roofing, siding, or window sales (or field experience with a crew) preferred
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, order entry systems, etc.)

Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction

Detail-oriented and service-minded
