Residential Cleaner
Location: Utah County, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
Pay: $15.00 per hour + TIPS
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of residential properties in Utah County. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a consistent weekday schedule, and values creating clean, safe, and welcoming living environments.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize common areas, hallways, restrooms, and shared spaces

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces

Empty trash and recycling receptacles

Restock supplies such as paper products and soap as needed

Clean windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces

Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists

Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly
-
Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications & Skills

Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
-
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
