Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations at our steel manufacturing facility in Lindon, Utah. This position plays a key role in maintaining productivity, safety, and quality across the shop floor. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to accurately read a tape measure.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with general shop and production tasks as needed

Measure materials accurately using a tape measure

Handle, move, and organize steel materials and finished products

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Support machine operators and skilled trades as directed

Complete tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards
Required Qualifications

Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure

Strong reliability and punctuality (consistent attendance is critical)

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Willingness to perform physical labor in an industrial environment
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Comfortable working in a manufacturing/steel shop environment
