Job Title: General Construction Laborer
Location: Utah County, UT
Pay: $18 – $25 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, typically 6:30 PM – 2:00 AM (hours may vary based on project needs)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Construction Laborer to join our team in Utah County. This position involves a variety of residential and/or commercial construction tasks, including framing, drywall, finishing work, painting, and flooring installation. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with wood and metal framing
- Hang, tape, mud, and sand drywall
- Perform finish carpentry tasks
- Interior painting and touch-ups
- Install various types of flooring (LVP, laminate, tile, etc.)
- Load and unload materials
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards
- Work effectively as part of a team
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience preferred (1+ year ideal, but willing to train the right candidate)
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work evening/night shifts
