Now Hiring: Experienced Blender Operator (GMP Environment)
Location: Payson, Utah
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time Day Shift Monday - Thursday four ten-hour shifts
We are seeking an experienced Blender Operator to join our manufacturing team in Payson, Utah. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience operating blending equipment in a GMP-regulated environment and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor blending equipment according to SOPs and GMP standards

Accurately weigh, measure, and blend raw materials per batch records

Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and changeovers

Complete batch documentation and production logs accurately
-
Conduct in-process checks to ensure proper blend uniformity

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area
Qualifications:

Prior experience as a blender operator required

Working knowledge of GMP compliance

Ability to follow written procedures and batch records

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift materials and work in a production environment

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
