Blender Operator – Production Line
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Morning Shift, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Payson Ut.

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Blender Operator to join our production team. The Blender Operator is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and blending ingredients according to company formulas and safety standards to ensure high-quality finished products. This role operates within a fast-paced production line environment and requires strict adherence to food safety and quality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately weigh and measure raw ingredients according to production formulas.

Operate industrial blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently.

Follow batch sheets and production schedules to meet daily output goals.

Monitor product quality and report any inconsistencies or equipment issues.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards.

Complete required production documentation and logs.

Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and sanitation procedures.

Repetitive use of hands and arms for scooping, pouring, measuring, and operating equipment.
Qualifications

Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (required).

Previous experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Dependable with strong attendance record.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Exposure to food ingredients, machinery, and moderate noise levels.
