Position Overview – Pipe Layer / Utility Laborer
We are currently hiring experienced Pipe Layers and Skilled Laborers to join our underground utility crew. This is a hands-on field position focused on installing and repairing sewer, water, and storm drain systems.
?? Please Note: We are not hiring equipment operators at this time. We are building a strong pipe crew.
Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain underground sewer, water, and storm drain piping

Set pipe to proper grade and alignment

Ensure correct trench depth, bedding, and backfill procedures

Work safely in and around trenches and heavy equipment

Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements

Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
? Experience working in and around trenches and heavy equipment
? Safety training required (Competent Person training preferred)
? Experience setting sewer, water, and storm drain pipe
? Reliable transportation (must be on site ready to work at 7:30 AM)
? Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
? Must provide proper work boots and dress appropriately for field conditions
