Job Full Description
Express is hiring for a Temporary Elections Ballot Box Support/ Elections Admin. This position is a 3 week, Temporary role.
Pay rate: $21.00/hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive around a county vehicle to designated drop boxes and pick up ballots around county.
- Sort and count incoming mail.
- Help Elections Deputies with scanning ballots.
- Signature verification of returned ballots.
- Tracking challenged ballots.
- Prepping correspondence and ballots for mailing.
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALITIES REQUIRED
- Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Detail Oriented
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
