Job Full Description
Express Employment is partnering with a local company to hire a dedicated, self-motivated Customer Service / Sales Representative who takes pride in their work. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales in a retail environment.
Pay: $18.00
PART TIME: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10:00AM to 5:00
Job duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls

Greet customers promptly and provide a friendly, welcoming experience

Assist customers with product selection, questions, and purchases

Handle cash, credit, and returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies

Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner

Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies

Maintain a clean sales floor

Meet or exceed customer service and sales goals
-
Support team members during busy periods
- Perform other tasks as required by Management.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Sales experience a plus but not required.
- Must be organized and have excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable on the computer.
