Job Full Description
Express has a current Legal Office Assistant to fulfill coverage about 4-6 weeks for a small, non-profit legal office in Cowlitz County. The work schedule is 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday and compensation is $24.00-$32.00 per hour. Dress code is business casual. Ideal candidates will have some experience/exposure working in a legal setting.
Summary of Tasks & Office Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Answering phones
- Making photo copies & scanning legal files
- Assisting with filing backlog
- Possible data entry into legal database
- Various support tasks to assist Attorneys
Experience
candidates should have legal experience but would look at other candidates with strong administrative backgrounds.
