Moving & Packing Technician
Job Description
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Moving & Packing Technicians for a project-based assignment assisting with packing, organizing, and transporting customers’ personal belongings and furniture. This is a temporary assignment for the duration of the project. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and committed to treating customers’ belongings with care and respect.
Responsibilities

Travel to customers’ homes to carefully pack personal belongings into boxes.

Safely lift, carry, and load boxes, furniture, and other household items onto moving trucks.

Organize and secure items to prevent damage during transportation.

Assist with furniture assembly and disassembly as needed.

Load and unload moving trucks efficiently and safely.

Handle customers’ belongings with care, respect, and attention to detail.

Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements
-
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience with packing, moving, and loading or unloading trucks preferred.

Basic knowledge of furniture assembly and disassembly.

Dependable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
