I bought my franchise in 2013. Growing up in Putnam County and graduating from Marshall University, I gained experience working with both large and small companies in my first few decades of work.  I looked for an opportunity that would allow me to stay in my home state and help those in my community.   Express Employment Professionals allows me to help employers as well as employees find opportunities to make their lives better.

Here in Barboursville and Ashland we have the opportunity to service the Tri-State with a level of customer service that is unmatched.  Thank you for taking a moment to learn about us.

I was born and grew up in Charleston, WV but have called Huntington home for the last 12 years. I have always believed in the power of hard work, strong relationships, and showing up for people.   With a background in sales and team leadership, I bring years of experience helping businesses find real solutions… not just quick fixes. 

What drew me to Express was the chance to make a real difference. The chance to connect great local companies with dependable, driven people who truly want to work.  I love helping businesses grow, and I love helping people get a shot at something better. The joy of watching others succeed because of a little help from people who care is what it’s all about for me.

Chloe grew up in Springfield, Ohio and graduated from Wittenberg University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with a concentration in Cultural Anthropology. She has worked with Express Employment since October of 2023. Although she is not from West Virginia, she does consider Barboursville, WV her home.  As an Employment Specialist, my ultimate goal is to assist others and help them find work that they not only enjoy but can thrive in!

I am from Dunbar, WV and a graduate of West Virginia State College with a BA in History. I have worked for 26 years in management and supervision with Fashion Bug. After a break in employment to be a stay home mother while my children were in middle school and high school. I love spending time with my family, going to church, traveling and watching soccer when I get the chance. 

I joined Express Employment in 2017 as the Front Office Coordinator. A few months later I became an Express Employment Specialist. I enjoy working with the associates and the clients helping each achieve their goals.
