Job Full Description
A Charleston area apartment complex is searching for a skilled Property Maintenance Technician.
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs across assigned properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.).

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues reported by tenants and staff.

Maintain building systems, appliances, and equipment in proper working condition.

Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend the life of property assets.

Assist with unit turnovers, including cleaning, painting, and minor renovations.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent.
