Ethan Davis

Client Relations Manager

Ethan grew up in Gallipolis, OH and graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He was also a member of NROTC and studied Naval Science during his time at the Military College in South Carolina. Prior to joining the Charleston office in 2005, Ethan worked in Human Resources and Staffing, bringing over seven years of experience to the team. In 2017, Ethan was given the Express 'National Champion of Hope' award for his work with the Heroes 4 Higher Foundation. In his free time, Ethan volunteers at Cass Scenic Railroad State Park performing restoration and maintenance work. He also holds a certificate in welding and forklift operations. Ethan now lives in Huntington, WV with his wife, Amanda, and their three children; Savannah, Sydney, and Brooks. "I enjoy the challenge of placing hard working Americans in a variety of careers."

Shelly Carroll

Senior Employment Specialist

Shelly graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from West Virginia State University. She then continued her education at Strayer University, where she earned her MBA in Human Resources. She holds her CSP certification - Certified Staffing Professional, as well as her SHRM-CP certification. She is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Putnam County. In her spare time, Shelly enjoys playing volleyball, softball, and spending time with her family. She resides in Nitro with her husband, two kids and dog, Roxie. "The most rewarding aspect of working as a staffing consultant is having the ability to help find that perfect position for someone."

Kristen Miller

Senior Employment Specialist

Kristen grew up in Charleston, WV and graduated from West Virginia State Community College in 2007 with an Associate's degree in Business/Entrepreneurship. Later, in 2012 she received her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from West Virginia State University. In her spare time, Kristen likes to cook, travel, and watch NBA Games (Go Spurs Go!). Kristen currently resides in Saint Albans, WV with her husband Dax and sweet little Chihuahua, Remi Bella. "God is the head of my life. Without Him, I would be nothing. I thank the Lord every day for His works. I am very blessed to be working for Express Employment. Helping great people find great jobs is very rewarding!"

William grew up in Belle, WV and currently resides in South Charleston. He graduated from West Virginia University Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, and has worked in Human Resources and staffing for the last nine years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son and fur-babies and going on short vacations to surrounding areas for quality food and adventures. "I love to help people find jobs"

Amanda Sosebee

Business Developer

Amanda grew up in Ansted, WV and graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing. Amanda brings over 20 years of experience to the team, having held positions as Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and Development Director. She currently resides in Charleston, WV with her fiancé, Michael, and her two daughters, Mattie and Ariana. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her girls play basketball and cheer, shopping, and traveling. “It is so rewarding to know that you have made a positive impact on someone’s life and helped them at a time when they needed it the most.”

Ashlee Fewell

Administrative Assistant

Born and raised in and around Charleston, West Virginia, Ashlee has always carried with her a deep appreciation for connection, community, and compassion. Now residing in Charleston, she’s a proud mother of four beautiful children who inspire her daily to grow, learn, and lead with heart. Ashlee’s professional journey has included experiences in insurance, property restoration, and accounting — roles that strengthened her attention to detail, empathy, and understanding of people from all walks of life. Guided by a genuine desire to serve others, she is currently pursuing her doula certification, allowing her to extend her care and support into one of life’s most meaningful moments. Ashlee finds joy and balance in West Virginia’s outdoors and creative arts. She writes poetry, creates art, explores nature with water sports, and supports her children’s teams—all with gratitude and authenticity. She believes that showing up for yourself is the first step in showing up in the world as you would like to be seen.

Front Office Coordinator

Elizabeth grew up in Spencer, WV, and has an extensive background in customer service. She brings over 14 years of experience cultivating welcoming environments in the Charleston and Teays Valley communities to the team. With her strong background in high-touch hospitality and people-focused leadership, she ensures every individual who walks through the door feels seen, supported, and confident. Elizabeth is passionate about streamlining the applicant experience and creating a positive, focused atmosphere so they can feel successful on their way to their next opportunity. In her downtime, Elizabeth enjoys drinking coffee while out on the hunt for unique salt and pepper shakers to add to her collection. She and her family reside in Cross Lanes. "I believe a welcoming start sets the tone for a successful journey."
