A local healthcare organization is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Intake Coordinator to support our intake and admissions process and help keep our client services running smoothly. Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing new client intakes, gathering required documentation, and ensuring clients are connected to the appropriate care quickly and efficiently. Key duties include collecting and entering client information into the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all client information is handled in compliance with HIPAA regulations, coordinating closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth transitions into care and tracking intake and referral data for internal reporting.
Qualifications:

Previous administrative or healthcare experience (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer proficiency

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

High school diploma or equivalent required
Evaluation-to-hire position
Hours are Monday through Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm. Pay rate will start at $14.00 - more for those with more experience.
