What You’ll Do
- Attend pre-set in-home or on-site sales appointments
- Educate customers about window and door products
- Identify needs, recommend solutions, and close sales
- Participate in ongoing training and daily coaching
What You Need
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and organized
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Previous sales experience required
