Job Description:
Our client in Totowa, NJ is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Position Summary: This role will lead inside sales activities aimed at driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, creating leads, and cultivating meaningful engagements to enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize the provided database of clients to identify opportunities for additional business and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular outreach to customers to address their needs.
- Implement strategies to address customer feedback and inquiries effectively, securing new orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and offer tailored to meet the specific needs of customers.
- Drive sales efforts by actively pursuing new business opportunities and converting leads into sales.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience.
- Able to navigate technological platforms.
- Must be comfortable at cold calling.
- Beverage industry experience.
