Job Full Description
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone; schedule vehicle service appointments and follow up on completed work.-Accurately process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and internal accounts.-Perform register closing, reconcile daily transactions, and assist in balancing internal books.-Collect and record payments for completed repairs; manage accounts receivable and submit adjustments as needed.-Review repair orders for accuracy and ensure documentation is properly maintained.
