Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse, ensuring proper rotation and storage of products.
Select and prepare orders based on customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Load outbound trucks according to pick sheets and unload return trucks, handling equipment and products efficiently.
Physically inspect products to ensure they meet company standards before loading or after unloading.
Clean and maintain all equipment in designated areas to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
Keep accurate and timely records of work performed, including inventory counts and equipment usage.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50–80 lbs.
Capability to work on feet for extended periods, typically 8–10 hour shifts.
Comfortable working in cold environments, with temperatures ranging from 34°F to 40°F.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in warehouse or cold storage settings is advantageous.
Familiarity with operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
