Job Title: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Supervisor
Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and safety-minded Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves operating an order reach forklift to move large vaults, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, and supporting warehouse organization and operations. Candidates with moving or restoration experience are highly encouraged to apply, but training will be provided for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities

Operate order reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move and organize large vaults and materials.

Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and placement of all items.

Travel or report to various locations to pick up restoration items as needed.

Assist with warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory management.

Follow all safety procedures and company protocols during warehouse and field operations.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and schedules.
Qualifications

Forklift operation experience required (order reach forklift preferred).

Moving or restoration industry experience a plus, but not required.

Must be able to lift and move heavy materials safely.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for field pickups).
