We assist homeowners during these traumatic times by picking up, deodorizing, cleaning, and returning their soft goods and electronics. Position Overview

As a Field Operations Trainee, you’ll work on the road, assisting with pickups, documentation, and deliveries. You’ll gain hands-on experience while providing excellent customer service and ensuring items are handled with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to client sites across NJ, NY, NYC, PA, and CT
• Assist sales representatives with pickup, pack-out, and documentation of textiles and personal items
• Take photos and prepare accurate documentation at each loss site
• Transport collected items to our facility for cleaning and restoration
• Deliver restored items back to homeowners and business owners
• Follow company standards, safety procedures, and best practices
• Request customer feedback and encourage Google reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of regional geography and willingness to travel daily
• Professional appearance with a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work long hours and every other weekend
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (furniture, appliances, etc.)
• Ability to distinguish colors and detect odors
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday (late nights as needed)
  • Every other Saturday required
  • Rotating weekend phone coverage: 
  • Friday: 5:00 pm-10:00 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 7am-10pm
