Job Full Description
This role is highly hands-on — perfect for someone who wants to be actively working on the floor all day, not sitting in an office. You’ll be jumping in with the team, keeping the warehouse running smoothly, and helping guide others through example and support.
Key Responsibilities:

Spend most of your shift physically working on the floor — moving inventory, restocking, organizing product, and assisting with daily operations.

Support merchandising, product displays, and warehouse presentation, ensuring everything is accurate, clean, and customer-ready.

Assist with inventory flow and logistics, helping keep incoming and outgoing materials moving efficiently.

Work side-by-side with floor staff, providing guidance and support while performing tasks with them.

Communicate regularly with management and inventory teams to help maintain product availability and workflow.

Promote and reinforce safety procedures and company policies throughout daily hands-on tasks.
