Job Title: Warehouse Picker / Packer
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Picker / Packer to join our team in a unique warehouse environment specializing in flower bulbs. This role involves working in a variety of conditions, including refrigerated cooler rooms, dry storage areas, and greenhouses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle and move flower bulbs, soil bags, and related materials
- Stack and organize products on pallets using plastic crates
- Perform general warehouse tasks as needed
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
- Assist in meeting daily productivity and accuracy goals
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and accurate counting ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (English preferred)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience with order fulfillment and palletizing
Work Environment:
- Combination of refrigerated cooler rooms, dry storage, and greenhouse settings
- Physical, hands-on role involving lifting and movement throughout the shift
