Job Title: Customer Service Representative (EMI Filters)
Location: Hackettstown, NJ
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Assignment Duration: May 1st – October 15th (with potential for extension or permanent conversion)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support an EMI Filters division. This role provides high-level professional sales support and account management services to customers, Regional Sales Managers, and Manufacturing Representatives. The CSR will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring accurate communication, order processing, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers, manufacturing representatives, and Regional Account Managers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding purchase orders, forecasts, expedites, and change requests
  • Monitor customer backlog to ensure timely and efficient shipment performance
  • Represent customer needs internally to ensure excellent service and satisfaction
  • Process RMA transactions, credit/debit memos, and order cancellations as needed
  • Maintain accurate customer master data, including billing/shipping details and contact information
  • Generate standard product quotes using established pricing lists
  • Process purchase orders from multiple channels (web, email, fax, etc.) and ensure proper order review and transfer to operations
  • Support service returns, including military service returns and new production orders when applicable
  • Utilize systems such as WAWF and Exostar when required
  • Access customer portals for invoicing, engineering changes (ECR/ECN), and other business-related updates
  • Participate in customer visits or audits as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Basic understanding of order processing and account management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems and CRM tools
  • Database knowledge
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
