Position Overview – Assembly / Medical & Gas Valve Production
Pay Rate: $19.25/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Associate to join a clean manufacturing environment producing valves for medical and gas products. This is a highly focused, quiet work area where precision and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble valves for medical and gas products with high accuracy
• Perform engraving tasks (entry-level/easiest assigned task)
• Light packaging of finished components
• Work under microscopes for inspection and assembly
• Use tweezers and other small hand tools for precise assembly
• Follow strict quality and production standards
• Maintain focus in a quiet, no-conversation work environment

Requirements:

• Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity required
• Ability to work in a quiet, no-talking production zone
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
• Must be able to work with microscopes and small tools
• Good manual skills (training provided on equipment)
• Ability to stay focused and avoid distractions during work
• Must follow supervisor instructions carefully and consistently
