Position Overview – Plumber (Installation & Maintenance)
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $40.00/hour (based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to install and maintain systems used for potable water, hot-water production, sewage, and drainage systems. This role requires hands-on plumbing experience, strong technical ability, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain potable water, hot water, sewage, and drainage plumbing systems
- Diagnose, repair, and service plumbing system components
- Drive company van to job sites as needed
- Use hand tools and power drills for installation and repair work
- Ensure work is completed to code and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and follow project instructions
Requirements:
- Plumbing experience required (installation and maintenance)
- Must have own hand tools and power drills
- Ability to work independently and follow job specifications
- Valid driver’s license (required to operate company van)
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Must wear appropriate work pants and safety footwear
- Ability to read and follow instructions and job specifications
Work Environment:
- Field-based plumbing work at various job sites
- Physical, hands-on trade work environment
- Company provides work shirt; associate responsible for personal work attire and tools
