Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Compounder / Manufacturing Associate to support production operations under the direction of the Lead Compounder or Production Manager. This role is responsible for accurately weighing, staging, and processing ingredients according to batch records while maintaining strict quality and safety standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-weigh and stage ingredients according to batch records
- Clean and sanitize equipment used in the compounding process following SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow cGMPs and company quality system requirements
- Accurately formulate production lots and assemble ingredients for processing, mixing, and blending
- Monitor and support manufacturing processes while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards
- Identify and communicate any manufacturing or production issues to the Production Manager
- Perform general housekeeping of the manufacturing floor and workstation to maintain a clean, safe work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and batch procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and measurements
- Understanding of or ability to learn cGMP and regulated manufacturing standards
- Ability to work in a team-based production environment
- Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and quality compliance
