Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls for the sales department in a professional manner
- Route calls and messages to the appropriate personnel
- Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking customers
- Record and maintain accurate call and customer information
- Perform data entry and update internal systems with a high level of accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, organize, and maintain data
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous experience in a receptionist, secretary, or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
