Project Coordinator –

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support a large-scale Telecom Construction Rollout project. This role will work closely with the PMO team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project documentation, order tracking, and administrative coordination are managed efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in telecom construction project support.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update project tracking tools, dashboards, and documentation on a regular basis
- Utilize Avetta to monitor compliance and credentialing documentation
- Utilize Scopeworker to manage field scopes of work, work orders, and project deliverables
- Ensure all closeout documents are received, reviewed, and uploaded accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and distribute order status reports, including shipment and delivery tracking
- Prepare and distribute meeting recaps and action item logs following project meetings and reviews
- Escalate missing documentation, delays, or risks to the Senior Director in a timely manner
- Ensure all project documentation is organized, up to date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within telecom, construction, or a related industry
- Proficiency in Scopeworker for scope and work order management
- Experience with Avetta for compliance and credentialing tracking
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale telecom construction or network rollout projects
- Familiarity with telecom infrastructure terminology and construction workflows
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus not required
