Job Full Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing invoices and payments, supporting collections efforts, and ensuring accurate order and account information. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience working in fast-paced office environments.

  Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate account records
  • Process invoices, payments, credits, and account adjustments
  • Perform collections activities and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances
  • Enter and process customer orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Provide professional phone and email support to customers regarding billing, orders, and account inquiries
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized documentation and update internal databases and ERP systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments including sales, accounting, and operations to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

  Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, customer service, billing, or office administration
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with ERP systems, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
