Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small, high-precision valve components for medical and gas products
• Perform engraving tasks (entry-level and easiest function within role)
• Use microscopes to inspect and assemble detailed components
• Handle small parts using tweezers with accuracy and care
• Conduct light packaging of finished products
• Operate and assist with PVD coating machines (training provided)
• Clean, prepare, and fixture parts prior to coating
• Load small parts onto racks for processing through coating equipment
• Work with CNC-controlled machinery to apply product finishes
• Select proper machine settings based on materials being processed
• Maintain high levels of speed and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Follow strict quality and safety standards

Work Environment

• Quiet zone — no talking permitted during work due to product sensitivity
• Highly detail-oriented, hands-on environment requiring strong manual dexterity
• Repetitive tasks requiring focus and consistency

Requirements

• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Ability to work with very small components and precision tools
• Comfortable working in a silent, highly focused environment
• Ability to count and maintain accuracy
• Basic English communication skills required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR requirement)
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or microscope work is a plus, but not required
